It is one of the earliest and rarest releases from the original Obsession plastic series, introduced during the first wave of Revomaze production in 2009–2010.
This version belongs to the V1 generation, characterised by its ridged outer sleeve design and early engineering before later refinements introduced smooth sleeves and removable core systems in V2 models.
The Red Obsession was released as part of the initial colour set alongside Blue, Green, and Black, and quickly stood out as one of the most challenging puzzles in the range.
