Accessories play a vital role in the world of puzzles, and over the years, various tools have been introduced and embraced by puzzlers. One excellent option is stands, which help keep your puzzles safe and elegantly displayed when they’re not in use.
You can view the stands below, and for a wider selection from our collection, feel free to visit our blog at: https://www.thepuzzleworkshop.uk/post/revomaze-lite-new-stand-design
Additionally, we've received requests from community members for Grippers or Training Aids. If this interests you, please let us know!

Hello everyone,
The REVOMAZE Lite Blue cores were completed over the weekend for batch 1, including engraving and core cleaning, the next step is assembly.
Puzzle feedback:
Mike, a puzzle reviewer, and Revomazer, received a Blue in a pink sleeve last week, for his daughter, who opened the puzzle in 40 minutes! While Mike opened it before to share his feedback on the puzzle.
The response was fantastic and thought the opening experience was entertaining! Mike stated that, although being an entry-level Revo, the REVOMAZE experience is still present, including the known 'click' sound and dead ends.

Dear all,
In today’s post, we are sharing an update on the VAULTMAZE status. Now that it’s a new year, and we've overcome a difficult 2024, we are preparing for the coming months.
We have kept track of all orders and shipments that have gone out. We currently have 24 pack 1’s outstanding and we have the brass material available for machining. So far, 42 pack 1’s and bonus sleeves have been shipped. Feedback on these initial packs has allowed us to make changes, to further improve the quality of VAULTMAZE.
After further discussions, our current plan is to begin working on the remainder of the pack 1’s towards end of February and start of March to ensure that everyone is caught up. Once this is ticked off, the focus will be diverted to packs 2 and 3 thereafter.
One of our main aims, we will strive for further progress in getting puzzles into our customers hands. In order to help us achieve this goal, we are now looking for an Engineering Operative to join our small team to help with the production process.
We recently formed the "Top Table Group", consisting of some of our customers. We have regular Skype calls to directly discuss progress, issues and updates.
We are listening to your comments and will keep in touch with new updates here in the group, as well as on the forums, and an update will be sent to everyone individually next week for a new year update.
We are putting together better communication regarding both the REVOMAZE and VAULTMAZE projects, and we're very excited about seeing both projects being produced to a very high standard.
On the topic of REVOMAZE, this week, the Lite sleeves arrived back at Revo HQ and we look forward to shipping these soon.
Next week there will be a blog displaying the sleeves, including the newly corrected colours of the Gold and Bronze. We hope you like the colour changes, we certainly do!
Kind regards,
Revo HQ

Dear everyone,
Happy New Year!
I’m happy to announce recent progress, the first batch of 300 sleeves has been prepared, and Chris has sent them to the anodisers on January 14th. Special care was taken to ensure that all measurements for each sleeve were accurate and all washed post-production.
This initial batch includes colours Blue, Green, Grey, Purple, and Red levels. Our next priority will be to continuing to make the puzzle parts and on to the making of the mazes. We look forward to showing you the colours once they've been collected as soon as possible next week. Further updates will be posted as to what we get up to behind-the-scenes.
If you have any further inquiries, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Best regards,
Chris and Rachel

Newly arrived! Chris went to the anodisers yesterday and returned with a gorgeous Lite sleeve; it looks great next to the Classic Purple.
We're getting closer to production starting for batch 1, which is awaiting confirmation. I will share an update once it's underway.

Dear all,
In today’s post we’d like to share the status of the Revomaze Lite’s and Vaultmaze, our aim is to release monthly or as frequent as possible. In recent weeks, there has been talks with engineering companies who can help start the first phase of production externally and begin preparing orders for the Lite’s. Our target is to get the Intro Set’s ready to be shipped in time for the Festive Holidays.
It has taken us longer than planned to set in stone, this is being worked on and we hope to finalise this as soon as possible. The good news is the drawings have been put in place, and we’re prepared for the machining to commence. There’s been various updates happening behind-the-scenes we’d like to share, in a post or our next Live Broadcast, such as the drawing of the revisited pin in more detail.
We have also an improved tool for the Lite’s! Called the Combi-Tool, this is for placing the shaft back into the sleeve and grabbing the pin at the finish to release the shaft - images to be released.
The next step in the Lite production is the anodising of the sleeves, we are going to share pictures and update the site. We have sent samples and awaiting them back to reveal!
Vaultmaze Pilot:
Alongside Revomaze Lite’s, to fit time into production planning for the remainder of Pack 1’s for Vaultmaze components for the Standard, Enhanced, and Luxury. Due to the many parts required and precision for the RevoRings, more time is going to be spent to ensure we get it right and this will open up a door to 6 mazes in the Pack 2 & 3. We have discussed bringing in the engineers who can help us with the demand and enable to get this project underway much sooner for our backers and long-time customers.
Vaultmaze Account Holders/Subscribers: Please note the website subscription is due to expire at the end of this year. We please ask you save copies of your invoices. The subscriptions history will be accessible from us if you require it.
Enhancements to the Lite’s has been made to improve their functionality and longevity and this will be applied to future RevoRings. We’re positive about getting them into people’s hands and sharing further exciting updates! We will keep you informed with the latest developments in weeks to follow.
With Thanks and best regards,
Revo HQ

We note the discussions regarding the use of Aluminium maze cores and the issue found in the Black Pilot regarding being able to "hop" to the 1.5mm depth ledge.
We found that the pin shoulder inside the can make the pin length in the maze too short. This was approximately 0.27mm shorter, so the pin was not reaching the bottom of the 2mm reset channels.
Some people found their cores to be okay while others, through force managed to get to the intermediate level. The reason for this is that the inside of the sleeves which is made from a tube, varies in size and may contribute to the issue.
We can assure everyone that we know this problem and have identified the correct lengths to ensure all pins reach the full depth of the reset traps.
In addition, by getting our engineers to make the sleeve, pin, and can, we can have reliable and consistent sizing. This ensures a smooth internal of the sleeve to allow the O-rings on the maze to do the correct operation needed to run the puzzle.
The Brass maze will have no benefit if the problem with the pin exists. The prototype I've been using of the original Aluminium core is smooth and fully functional, even after a large amount of time and effort.
By using our engineers and fully testing to ensure correct tolerances are being manufactured, our mazes will be fully functional. In addition, we are only applying 3 levels (1.mm maze depth, 1.5mm intermediate depth, and 2mm trap depth).
Regarding the Brass cores, these will give a premium feel to the maze as we found using the Handmade and the original REVOMAZE 1, that the maze core becomes smoother over time, as long as no excess force is used.
We will be ensuring ledges, and ramps, are of adequate size to ensure reliable operation. We found some people when confronted with too steep a ramp, wear the ramp out, making the maze un-functional.

Hello everyone!
We received requests to offer Brass Maze Cores as an option for all Lite’s, great news – we now offer the choice between Aluminium (Standard) and Brass (Deluxe) Maze Cores with our REVOMAZE Lite products! View the options here: https://www.thepuzzleworkshop.uk/revomaze-lite
If you have placed orders with us, you can now upgrade and the products factor in the price you've already paid for individual Lite's and sets. Visit 'REVOMAZE Lite Upgrades' https://www.thepuzzleworkshop.uk/revomaze-lite-upgrades for more details.
We hope these new options will be helpful and provide more flexibility for those looking to upgrade to Brass Maze Cores from their Pre-Orders. Many thanks all!
Warm regards,
Chris & Rachel

Hi All,
Yesterday was a big day for us as we made the move from the Unit to Puzzle Workshop HQ. We spent the day moving furniture and hired a van to help with the move. We now have a nearby container for storage, which we can access anytime. Now we're under one roof, we're starting a new chapter and looking forward to bringing you along our journey.
Check out our new studio! View here to take a look.

Hi everyone,
We're sharing an update on the Brass Maze Cores. We've been listening to the feedback from our members, and we're happy to announce that we'll be offering both Aluminium (Standard) and Brass (Deluxe) options. We hope this gives you more flexibility to choose the material that best suits your preference.
We can confirm these options will be arriving soon on our website for individual Lite's and sets. Existing customers will receive an email to be notified, and this option will be open for future Lite's.
There will be 3 options:
Option 1: Aluminium (Lighter & Economical) - Ideal for younger users and people who prefer lighter cores.
Option 2: Brass (Heavier & More Collectible) - Ideal for Collectors and advanced Revomazer's.
Option 3: Upgrade from Aluminium to Brass (You must have a previous order in Aluminium for this option)
Next week, we'll introduce these upgrade options as new products on our website, similar to the upgrades for the REVOMAZE Lite - Ultimate Set (Brass Maze Cores). Once everything is ready, we'll share all the details with you - thank you for your valuable feedback.
Best regards,
Rachel

Hi everyone,
Based on the reaction we had from yesterday's announcement, we've had several people wanting to upgrade and the best way to upgrade their current Pre-Orders. Rather than having to send invoices for each individual, we've set up 6 scenarios for people who've bought different sets.
Click here to go to the 8 + Pilot (BLACK) and the 8 Set which we'd like to point out is the same credit, due to the Black having already been sent. If this is of interest, you can pay the upgrade amount.
The other scenarios include other sets you may have ordered, if your scenario isn't there, please contact me directly as we can organise an invoice if necessary. When placing an order for the upgrade, can you put your invoice numbers in the notes which will help confirm which order(s) you are trading in.
In all the scenarios we haven't taken into account postage, and you must use the free postage coupon to ensure you don't get charged postage. Please note, that the Ultimate Set is made of brass, which is much heavier but we have kept the postage the same. Any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Many thanks!

Hi All,
We have reviewed the Black Pilot feedback and have taken on board what people have said, we thank you for your comments and suggestions. Exciting news! Our users will have the opportunity to design 3 puzzles in a User Design Competition in 2025. The cores will be made of aluminum, aimed towards our younger members while the Titanium is aimed at our dedicated users with an enhanced challenge.
We are planning the Introductory Set (3 Special Edition Puzzles) that has Sapphire (15/100), Emerald (25/100), and Titanium (35/100). This will be planned for the entries to be assessed from March 2025 and designs can be submitted from now. We will keep track of the number of entries on the website.
The Lite Mapping Template can be used for the designing with some helpful hints and tips that we'll cover in a live YouTube broadcast. The three most creative designs for each of the 3 mazes will be chosen and machined, then sent to our Admin/Moderators for scoring. Each will be labelled A, B, and C for each maze to keep them anonymous (9 in total) and once we have the 3 winners, we will put them into production.
The runners-up will get a set of their designs. We will put all the user's stories on the website and the 3 most sold will receive a special prize! (TBD)
Good news for collectors – we now have the Ultimate Set (Brass Maze Cores), featuring 14 puzzles, each with a Brass Maze Core. For people who have purchased other Lite's or sets, you can have your original orders credited to the Ultimate Set and a balance invoice sent. We will be sending them out in batches to minimise the import duty costs if the number of Ultimate Sets is low, we will make them Limited Editions.
People who have paid for other mazes or sets can have them credited from the Ultimate Price and a balance invoice sent. If the numbers of ultimate sets are low, we will make them Limited Edition.
We are planning to begin shipping the 4 Set (Limited Edition) in May 2025 and we will be emailing purchasers of the set if they would prefer the aluminium or brass cores. Further details will be included in the email in October this year.
We've got two batches of puzzles due to be sent before Christmas, with the Limited Edition Set and Intro SE Set shipping in early 2025. Once the competition is over, we'll be diving back into the VAULTMAZE Project. You can buy earlier to receive the Lite puzzles in time for the Holidays!
Based on the 2,000 component sets we're getting our engineers to make in parallel with us making the mazes, the machine will be working flat out over the next two months. There are two ways to go about purchasing the Ultimate Set (Brass Maze Cores). First is to purchase the Ultimate Set and we then refund your previous orders you wish to trade in, or second, please contact Rachel to get an invoice for the balance.
