The Origins

The inventor Chris Pitt trained as an Electrical / Electronics Engineer. During training, he made screwdrivers that would later inspire the Revomaze Puzzles. During his career, Chris has professionally trained thousands of individuals as well as created software and systems development across the USA. Puzzle design was initially a side-line becoming a full-time occupation in 2008. 

​Having designed the Revomaze Puzzle inspired by his screwdrivers during his apprenticeship, Chris made a memorable mistake. A miscut in a plastic screwdriver handle ignited the concept for this distinctive puzzle, which now proudly occupies a spot in our cabinet.

This mistake led to the creation of hidden mazes within a sleeve, starting with the Blue model. The concept was straightforward: create minimal components that enable quick assembly while providing a genuine challenge that exceeds the puzzler's expectations.

Our Products

Since then, our collection has grown to over 20 designs, supported by a skilled and talented global clientele. Our community is continually expanding, and we have broadened our product line by launching the VAULTMAZE, featuring 19 mazes, each divided into 8 rings. The objective is to find, build, and solve the mazes to enter a competition for a chance to win the remarkable SUPER GOLIATH PUZZLE (20-RING), which is nearly three times larger than a standard REVOMAZE!

In late December 2023, we introduced the REVOMAZE 'Lite' version as suggested by our customers through a survey. This version is lighter and more affordable, featuring smooth gameplay and a pin on the outside that pops up once solved, ensuring it cannot be lost.

The new Lite version targets both younger and older puzzlers to familiarise them with the REVOMAZE concept, provide our existing users with a fresh challenge, and enable them to share their experiences with family and friends.

Around 50,000 puzzles have been made since and shipped around the world to great acclaim. At a family home with a high-quality CNC machine and a dedicated team of 2, we have continued to develop the range of puzzles we have today.
