  • Each puzzle has a unique maze with no shortcuts or external hints

Before you begin

  • Do not force any parts

  • Do not shake aggressively

  • Only disassemble after solving

  • Take your time, patience is part of the challenge

Opening and Reassembling Your REVOMAZE Lite

 Using the included tools

Your REVOMAZE Lite set includes tools to assist with opening and reassembly once solved.

  • The pin clamp tool should be gently slid underneath the top of the pin until the pin lies at the centre of the disc. This lifts the internal pin, releases the puzzle, and provides access to the core.

  • The 1.3mm Allen key is used to loosen the small grub screw that holds the plug in place. This allows access to the certificate chamber, which can also be used to store small items.

  • The cap is used when reassembling the puzzle. Place the cap over the non-textured side of the maze. This allows you to both guide the core into the maze and/or raise the pin in preparation to use the pin clamp tool.

Opening your puzzle

  • Confirm the puzzle has been solved by ensuring that the pin is raised

  • Insert the pin clamp tool to raise the pin further

  • Slide the core out of the sleeve

  • Carefully separate the components

  • Lay parts out in order

Reassembling your puzzle

  • Reassembly is straightforward if parts are kept in order. Be careful during reassembly

  • Never force parts into place

  • If the pin isn’t currently held by the pin clamp tool

  • Place the cap on the non-textured side of the core

  • Insert the core into the sleeve, cap side first, until the pin raises

  • Secure the pin with the pin clamp tool

  • Slide the core into the maze

  • Remove the pin clamp tool to allow the pin to drop into the maze

  • Remove the cap

  • If the pin is held in place by the pin clamp tool

  • Slide the core into the maze

  • Remove the pin clamp tool to allow the pin to drop into the maze

Dynamic puzzles

The dynamic REVOMAZE Lite puzzles require additional instructions to reassemble correctly. These will be available in the open areas of the forums and the Discord. They will also be requested via email once proof of opening is received.

Important notes

  • The stainless steel pin may rub against the anodising over time

  • This will not mark the sleeve

  • The audible “click” is an intentional design feature

  • The maze endpoint may be located anywhere inside
