All our puzzles are made to order with care and precision by our small, family-run team in the South Lakes. Because each one is crafted individually, it can sometimes take longer to ship.

We've had a high volume of orders recently, so we're working hard behind the scenes to get everything out as quickly as we can. We really appreciate your patience and support while we do.

Your Order Questions Answered

Q: Why is my order taking longer than usual?

A: Many of our products are made to order, and as a small family-run company, each item is individually crafted with care and precision. This hands-on approach ensures the highest quality but also means that production can take a little longer, especially during busy periods, when we’re managing high demand, limited resources, and a smaller team over the festive season.

Q: I’ve been waiting a while - what’s causing the delay?

A: Some orders require input from our engineers or additional components, which can extend production times. We are working closely with our engineering team to keep things moving as quickly as possible.

Q: Is Rachel working?

A: Rachel welcomed her son in June and is currently dedicating a limited amount of time to emails while helping catch up on outstanding queries. She is expected to return fully in Q1 2026.

Q: My email hasn’t been answered—what’s happening?

A: Emails are always welcome, and Chris is doing his best to check and respond to questions. If you don’t hear back immediately, it’s likely because Chris is in the workshop with Charlie designing, machining, and testing orders. If you need a quicker response, please try giving us a call.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: You can contact us with your order number, and we’ll provide the most up-to-date information. For priority items, we’ll do our best to expedite them—please let us know by email if your order is urgent.
