By reserving a puzzle in advance, you help us bring new designs to life — though please note that production and shipping may take some time. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, with the earliest orders prioritised.

Each of our puzzles is made to order, allowing us to gauge demand and plan production efficiently. We work closely with trusted partners who assist with anodizing, packaging, and select components, ensuring every puzzle meets our exacting standards.

As a small team of three working from Chris’s family home, we’re passionate about every aspect of our craft. Our products serve a specialised market, and interest can fluctuate — often peaking during special releases or events.
