Behind the Scenes at RevoHQ

On Wednesday at RevoHQ, I spent time catching up with Chris and Charlie, reviewing current Lite fulfilment, pending orders and the next stages moving forward.

 

A big focus at the moment is improving organisation, communication and the overall flow behind the scenes as work continues across existing orders and ongoing projects. We’ve also started putting together a dedicated Lite guide to help both new and existing customers get more from the experience.

 


Alongside fulfilment work, we revisited some of the internal mechanisms and engineering behind the puzzles themselves. It was a good reminder of the care, testing and hands-on work that goes into each REVOMAZE before it reaches someone’s collection.

 

We know many customers are eager to receive their puzzles, and we genuinely appreciate the continued support, patience, and enthusiasm while progress continues behind the scenes.

I’ve seen a big improvement in the communication and just wanted to say thanks. Sometimes circumstances change and deadlines are extended but it’s well worth the wait! I’ve been solving the revomazes for quite a few years now and the quality and workmanship always impresses me

Nice to know that the Chris, you, and Charlie are looking at prioritizing outstanding issues. Given all the major events I'm sure it'll be a busy 2026 sorting out old orders, etc.
