Each of our puzzles is thoughtfully designed and made to order. Pre-ordering allows us to plan production carefully, invest in new designs, and maintain the high standards that define our puzzles.

What Does “Pre-Order” Mean?

Supporting a small, independent workshop

Placing a pre-order directly supports our small team and helps bring new puzzle designs to life. By reserving a puzzle in advance, you’re enabling us to develop and refine designs that might not otherwise be possible.

Made to order, not mass-produced

Our puzzles are produced in small batches rather than held as large quantities of stock. This allows us to focus on precision, quality control, and long-term durability. We work closely with trusted partners for processes such as anodising, packaging, and select components.

Production and delivery times

Because each puzzle is made to order, production and delivery can take time. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, with earlier pre-orders prioritised. Estimated timeframes are provided as clearly as possible and may vary depending on demand and production schedules.
