Workshop Status Report – 17 July 2026

Updated: Jul 24

Thank you for your continued patience, loyalty, and support.

Here is the latest workshop update covering repairs, production progress, the REVOMAZE Lite Gold, VAULTMAZE, and our digital services.

Repairs Update

We currently have 3 V3 Classics, 1 V1 Classic, 2 REVOMAZE Lites, and 1 replacement VAULTMAZE Ring 128 awaiting repair in the workshop. 1 Bronze V1 has been repaired and is awaiting shipment.

For repairs, please email helpdesk@thepuzzleworkshop.uk and include the item name and a description of the issue.

REVOMAZE Lite Gold Update

Work on the Gold Lite has continued this week.

Both testers have reviewed the maps and independently worked out how the maze operates. They agree that the Gold Lite still deserves its difficulty rating of 100 and belongs above the Orange Lite in difficulty.

While machining the new version, one of our drill bits broke. We replaced it with a spare, but the fit was not quite as expected, causing some features to feel loose.

Replacement drill bits have been ordered and are due to arrive today. In the meantime, the existing core can still be used to confirm that the machining program accurately follows the map.Once the new bit arrives, we will produce and internally test a new core before sending further cores to our testers for feedback.

VAULTMAZE and Other Projects

Our current production list includes 8 V4 Classics, 1 V1 Purple, 7 Handmade V1s, and 10 Handmade V2s.

All sleeves for the Classics are now in hand, while the maze cores and core bodies still require machining.

For VAULTMAZE, we currently have 20 Pack 1s, 2 Starter Packs, and 16 Test Sleeves awaiting production.

All packs will be produced using the new VAULTMAZE designs once they have been finalised and machined.

Emails and User Forum Disruptions

On 16 July 2026, we began transferring our website, forums, emails, and domain names to a new host.

This has caused some disruption to our digital services, and our emails and user forums are currently unavailable while the transfers take place. We apologise for the inconvenience. Email services should be restored by the evening of 17 July 2026.

The user forums may remain inactive for a little longer while we complete testing and ensure everything is fully functional. Our Commitment

We remain committed to transparency, quality, patience, community, and progress.

We’ll continue sharing honest updates, taking the time needed to maintain our standards, and building something special together.

Thank You

Thank you for being part of the REVOMAZE journey.

We’ll share the next update next Friday.
