Workshop Status Report – 06 November 2026

Thank you for your continued patience, loyalty and support.
Here is the latest update from the workshop on production progress and current development.
Getting Ready for the Next Maze Shipments
We’ve now received all of the packaging materials required to ship out the next several batches of mazes. This includes the boxes, foam (which we’ve been busy cutting since arrival), bubble wrap, bags and shipping labels.
As well as the packaging materials, we’ve also received our latest order of bar stock, both in brass and aluminium.
Shipping was planned for today, but unfortunately the machine head came out of alignment and required some hands-on work from both Charlie and Chris to recalibrate. This took a significant amount of time away from packaging and, because of this, we unfortunately missed last post.
Rather than simply delay the whole update, we thought it best to let the community know through this smaller update and explain the reason for the delay.
The next batch of mazes to ship currently stands at 18 mazes, but there is potential for this to change.
A supplementary update will be provided once all Lites have been quality checked to leave HQ and are in transit.
Another Production Improvement
We’ve also managed to resolve another issue that had been happening intermittently.
A small lip had occasionally been forming on the plug end of the maze. We’ve now changed the process so that the end is created after drilling. The result is much smoother and more precise, giving a much better finish.
It’s also another good example of how well the subroutines are working, as this one change applies across all of the mazes rather than just a single design.
There’s always work happening behind the scenes at HQ, and we’re continually looking at ways to improve the manufacturing process and the quality of the finished mazes.
Thank You

THE BEST IS AHEAD.
