Thank you for your continued patience, loyalty, and support.
Here is the latest update from the workshop, covering production progress, current development, repairs, dispatches, the REVOMAZE Lite Gold, and our digital services.
VAULTMAZE and Other Projects
There are no changes to report this week.
Design and production planning are ongoing, and we’ll share further updates as soon as progress is made.
Repairs Update
Aside from the Bronze V1 now being returned to its owner, there are no further changes to the items currently awaiting repair.
For repair enquiries, please email helpdesk@thepuzzleworkshop.uk and include the item name and a description of the issue.
Leaving the Workshop
This week, we have sent out:
2 Blue Lites
3 Green Lites
1 Grey Lite
3 Purple Lites
1 Red Lite
2 Bronze Lites
1 Silver Lite
1 Tool Kit
1 repaired Bronze V1
We hope these reach our customers safely.
Emails and User Forum Update
Last week, our emails and user forums were transferred to a new hosting provider.
We apologise for the downtime caused during the transfer. Our email services are now running as normal.
The user forums are also back online and appear to be running much more quickly. However, we have noticed that some images are missing, particularly within the open sections.
We have also identified an occasional error when posting a reply. Even when this error appears, the post should still be published as normal. We are currently investigating the issue.
If this happens, our forum administrator, Prodigy, recommends clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
REVOMAZE Lite Gold Update
Work on the Gold Lite continued this week.
The new drill bits arrived on Friday and are working exactly as intended. The tolerances are excellent, and the new drill bits have proven to be better than the previous ones.
Following the V2 Gold shown to our testers last week, we have made a further adjustment to the map. This change ensures that more of the available space is used during the solve.
We have also addressed the potential issues highlighted by our testers.
We are currently assembling a Gold Lite test maze and hope to send it for review next week.
Our Commitment
We remain committed to transparency, quality, patience, community, and progress.
We’ll continue sharing honest updates, taking the time needed to maintain our standards, and building something special together.
Thank You
Thank you for being part of the REVOMAZE journey.
The best is ahead.

I find the weekly updates interesting.
At some point I'd be interested in why the new drill bits are better, and how much more they cost than the old bits. Well, I'm assuming they cost more.
