There are no changes to report this week.

Design and production planning are ongoing, and we’ll share further updates as soon as progress is made.

Leaving the Workshop

This week, we have sent out:

2 Blue Lites in aluminium

1 Green Lite in aluminium

1 Titanium Lite in brass

1 Purple Lite in aluminium

1 Black V2 Lite in brass

2 Red Lites in aluminium

1 Tool Kit

We hope these reach our customers safely and look forward to hearing about their solving experiences.

General Update

This week has been relatively quiet at HQ.

Chris has taken a couple of days to help his family move house, while Charlie has had two days off to complete his motorcycle CBT test.

We’re pleased to share that he passed, so huge congratulations to Charlie!

We’ve had a customs return involving a parcel sent to Ireland. Overseas shipping has slowed slightly while we investigate the cause of the return and take steps to prevent it from happening again.

Rachel is also trialling the integration of Royal Mail Click & Drop with the website. We hope this will help with issues like this and reduce the time required to label and dispatch parcels.

During the week, three cutters also broke, and replacements are now on order.
