An Open Letter to the REVOMAZE Community

Hello everyone,

I wanted to write this personally because, over the past few years, many of you have shown remarkable patience, loyalty and support. You deserve an honest update.

First of all, thank you.

Some of you have been with REVOMAZE for well over a decade. Others have only recently discovered our puzzles. Whether you've owned one puzzle or dozens, every order, every message, and every word of encouragement has helped keep this small family business going.

Over the last few years, we simply haven't lived up to the standard we set ourselves.

Production slowed far more than we ever expected. We relocated our workshop, downsized the business, welcomed a new member to the family, and dealt with serious health challenges, including my own heart attack. Like many small businesses, we were stretched far beyond what we thought was possible.

Those are the reasons.

They are not excuses.

The responsibility for delivering our products has always been ours, and I know many of you have waited far longer than anyone should have to.

For that, I am genuinely sorry.

Looking Forward

The good news is that the difficult period is now behind us.

The workshop is operating again.

The designs are finished.

Production has restarted.

Most importantly, we now have a clear vision for where REVOMAZE is going.

Our Commitment

Rather than making promises about dates, we'd rather make promises about communication.

From now on, we'll do a much better job of showing you what we're doing.

You'll see more workshop updates. Every Friday, we'll share an update on our progress, even if it's just a few photos and a short paragraph highlighting what we've achieved that week.

More production progress.

More engineering.

More behind-the-scenes videos.

More honest conversations.

If something takes longer than expected, we'll tell you.

If we make a mistake, we'll own it.

If we achieve something we're proud of, we'll share it with you.

No more long periods of silence.

Why We Still Believe

Despite everything that's happened, we've never stopped believing in REVOMAZE.

The comments we read.

The collections you've built.

The puzzles you've solved.

The friendships that have formed within this community.

They remind us that REVOMAZE has always been about far more than pieces of metal.

It's about curiosity.

Patience.

Engineering.

Discovery.

And the people who enjoy those things together.

That is worth protecting.
